Change the setting of steady state analysis

• Library : Current implementation prepares COPASI library only.
• Resolution : The value of resolution to get the steady state point. The less this value is , the more confidential the value of this point is. It should be positive value.
• Derivation Factor : The value of derivation factor to execute simulation. The less this value is , the more detail the search is. It should be positive value.
• Iteration Limit : The value of iteration number. This value should be positive value
