This is a web application to execute following analysis.
The demanding point for user is only obtaining SBML model for all analysis and Experimental data for parameter estimation. You can easily analyze the biological phenomenon.
Accessing the home link of SBMLWebApp , you can use these analysis tools.
Example model (s1 -> s2 with kinetic law of k * s1) is useful for first time user to do all of the analysis. How to use can be viewed as follows,
Docker composed container of this application has been already prepared. If you felt annoying when you use this application via our server, running composed containers and executing analysis is better for you.
