Change the setting of simulation
You can set following setting parameter to execute simulation.
- End time : The value of finished time of simulation. It should be positive value.
- Number of time point : The value of time point of simulation. It should be positive value.
- Absolute Tolerance : The value of tolerance to execute simulation. It should be positive value.
- Library to analyze : Current implementation prepares COPASI and simulationCore libraries.
